Faith is an action step. Most of the time God doesn’t give us the entirety of his plan for our lives. He unravels. Reveals by pieces. Why? Proximity. Intimacy. Dependency. You name it. He wants to know you. Know your heart.

So what do we do? We wait. We listen. We walk. Into the unknown. Onto the narrow path. Giving him our yes, and everything else around us takes a back seat. If you firmly believe he is the author and perfecter of your faith, it is a requirement to walk by faith, not by sight. Terrifying? Absolutely. In the same breath it’s the absolute most freeing journey to be on. Knowing you are walking in step with your creator. Living out the life he has destined for you.

So I encourage you to stop thinking so much, shut your mind off and turn your spirit on. Allow his gifts to freely flow in and through your life. Let the dead branches break. The new sprouts grow. And the presence of our Heavenly Father guide you into all that he has.
